Aligning Objectives

Fractured Atlas uses the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework to set, align, and communicate organizational, team, and individual priorities for a specific period of time.

We all create OKRs on a quarterly basis. Once polished, everyone can see how both their priorities, and their coworkers' priorities, relate to and support Fractured Atlas's objectives for the given time period. At the end of the quarter, we can then see how we all did in accomplishing our goals.
